Identified a major friction point where students lost booking slots due to slow manual processes. Designed and vibe-coded a functional automation system using Python, Antigravity, and AI-assisted workflows to streamline booking actions, reduce effort, and improve success rates.

GoPuck! is a fast-paced, action-filled indoor tabletop game designed for 4 players. It was developed to solve a common problem in indoor gaming: turn-based waiting. By combining simultaneous play with a territory takeover mechanic, we created an experience where every second matters and energy levels remain nonstop.

While the studio delivered strong visual and architectural work, their digital presence lacked the same level of clarity and professionalism. Most potential clients discovered the studio through Instagram or referrals, but there was no dedicated experience that properly communicated their expertise, process, and credibility.

The goal of this project was to design a modern website experience that feels minimal, structured, and trustworthy while helping visitors confidently explore the studio’s work and services.

Faced with a 40% cart abandonment rate, I redesigned the checkout flow to address user pain points. By simplifying the process, optimizing for mobile, and adding features.
